Q: How do you ship your products?
A: Our products are shipped by ground UPS to destinations in the
continental United States. Check with us for the carrier on international
orders.
Q: How are your bikes shipped?
A: We ship our bikes to you in resuable cardboard cartons.
Q: Do you ship to international locations?
A: Yes. We'll ship anywhere in the world. Contact us and we'll
give you a quote for freight. Be advised that some countries may
charge you a duty for your bicycle.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If the bike you order is in stock, we will ship it within two
business days.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For
best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case
there are questions pertaining to your order.
Q: Can I change my order after I submit it?
A: Yes. We'll do our best to accommodate you as long as we haven't
shipped your order. If you need to make a change, please call Customer
Service at 1-800-236-2953 as soon as possible.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/WARRANTY
Q: What if I want to return or exchange a product?
A: If you find that the bike you ordered does not meet your expectations,
ship it back to us in new condition within 15 days and we'll be
happy to give you a refund or credit. You will be charged the return
freight cost.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-236-2953.
Q: What do I do if I something on my bike needs repairing or
replacing?
A: Almost all of the parts on our bikes can be repaired or replaced
by your local bicycle dealer. If your local shop can't handle it,
call us. If the part is covered by warranty, it will be sent to
you free of charge directly from the Dahon warehouse parts department.
