Bottom bracket stiffness is very important
for pedaling efficiency but it's an area where most folding bike designs
come up short. On a typical bicycle frame, you'll find a 90 degree
interface between frame tubing and bottom bracket. On bikes featuring
our Embed Technology, you'll find a 300 degree interface. This means
that the frame down tube wraps almost completely around the bottom
bracket shell for improved stiffness and more efficient power transfer.
