Super-Oversize Seat Post |
 |
Our Dahon bikes all have low frame
designs, which require an extra long seat post to accommodate
tall riders. Rather than simply use a standard diameter seat
post with extra thick tubing (which some manufacturers do with
obscenely heavy seat posts) we pioneered Super-Oversize 34mm
diameter seat posts. The larger diameter of the tubing dramatically
improves strength, allowing us to increase the length of the
post without increasing wall thickness. |
